On both stores, two thirds of the users rated 1 star while most of the others are five stars. And for those who rated one star, most of them complained about bots that buy the collectibles before them. Yet, those complains do not reduce people’s enthusiasm on the App, as they appreciate VeVe’s effort on innovation, and think that flaws are acceptable for innovators.
Pros and Cons
Pros:
-VeVe is a front runner who may change the collectible world as the concept of digital sculpture is revolutionary.
-Collectors sharing the same interests enjoy gathering on VeVe, as VeVe has provided them a delightful community.
-The App is not perfect as problems sometimes occurs. But most of its users are patient enough as it’s a new trial and VeVe is trying its best to improve user experience.
Cons:
-The items are limited and there are bots on the App buying collectibles before you, making it even more difficult for you to get your dream items.
-Error occurs when users are trying to bid for their dream collectible. It’s a really annoying experience since they all show great eagerness to own those items.
